Jonathan Ferris, L.Ac, CPed
Acupuncturist/Pedorthist
Originally from Milwaukee, Jonathan is the Owner of Orthletek, Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Pedorthist who has been practicing acupuncture and bodywork techniques for more than two decades.​He completed Master’s Degree Program in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California in 2005. He has also earned a Certification in Pedorthics from the Palmer School of Biomechanics in 2015. Jonathan works with the same focus, attention, and enthusiasm while working with collegiate athletes at Marquette University, professional athletes in the MLB, NBA, or NFL, as with anyone seeking to improve their health and wellness. When not in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, rucking, practicing yoga or tai chi, fishing, or relaxing in nature, especially in the northwoods.

Mike Paffrath, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Mike recently joined Orthletek in January 2026, having previously shared the clinic space as a therapist at Cream City PT. He graduated from Marquette University in 2015 and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX in 2019. Mike loves to be able to use his hands to locate and treat painful areas of the body. He has completed various manual therapy certifications and trainings and loves to take time during his sessions to ensure his patients leave feeling better. He is also a big sports enthusiast and loves working with athletes of all different backgrounds. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog. He enjoys travelling with his family, watching sports, and checking out new restaurants and breweries.

Paula Trusky, MFA, PTA, CYT, CPT
PT Assistant | Yoga | Functional Fitness Therapist
A childhood of dancing, swimming and competitive power tumbling led to Paula’s lifelong curiosity for the art of movement. Paula earned a BA in Dance with a minor in Holistic Health from Prescott College in Arizona, an MFA in Dance from UW-Milwaukee and went on to dance professionally in Milwaukee and NYC. In 2013 Paula became a Physical Therapist Assistant and has worked extensively in outpatient orthopedics where she honed her strong manual therapy skills. Paula is also a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with almost 20 years experience teaching dance, yoga and pilates at the studio, community and university level. Her extensive background in movement combined with her interest in physical therapy and injury rehabilitation make her an intuitive therapist and clinician.
