Services

Orthletek is a cash pay practice, meaning that we do not network with any private insurance companies or Medicare/Medicaid. Our rates are straight forward and due at the time of service. You will not receive any surprises, such as a hefty bill in the mail.

We will work with you 1-on-1 for the entirety of each visit.

We respect your investment in your body. Our focus is on helping you achieve your goals, educating you, and putting you at the helm of your medical care.

Some private insurance plans may reimburse you for our services at an ‘out-of-network’ rate.

We recommend checking with your insurance company regarding the specifics of your ‘out-of-network’ benefits. We will happily generate a detailed invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Choosing a cash-pay means your care is guided by results — not insurance restrictions. Without visit caps, referral requirements, or treatment limitations, we provide longer one-on-one sessions, fully customized orthotics, and integrated acupuncture for pain relief and recovery.

Direct-pay care allows us to combine therapies in a single plan. With transparent pricing and HSA/FSA eligibility, patients receive high-quality, personalized treatment without surprise bills. Experience patient-centered care designed for lasting results, faster recovery, and optimal movement performance.

I have only ever had PT at places bound to insurance companies.

The difference was astonishing.
Rather than spend our entire first visit measuring my mobility and entering information into his laptop, Mike listened to me and then went to work on the places that hurt. Because he is not limited by rules stipulating treatment be administered only to the body part originally ordered, he could then follow the pattern of pain and work from my hip flexor all the way up to my shoulder. He did dry needling, stretching, guacha, and the gentle manipulation I have received from osteopaths. He sent me home with exercises and YouTube video instructions. I will submit the bill to my insurance company and see what happens. But even if it isn't covered, treatment is worth it.
