Each service stands on its own — but together, they create a comprehensive pathway to long-term wellness. Each service is personalized and delivered in a calm, private, one-on-one setting.

What should I expect during the first session?

During the first session we get to do what we love - get to know you and your history – past injuries, activities, lifestyle, along with movement assessment, more to figure out the why behind your current symptoms or movement imbalances. From there we go into treatment and creating a plan of care to get you back where you want to be!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, preferably loose-fitting, clothing to your sessions.

What should I bring on my first visit?

On your first visit, please bring any medical or other records that you would like us to review, your referral from your physician (if you have one), and the intake forms required for your first visit- access through our booking site.

Custom Orthotics

Orthotics For Flat Foot Recovery- Orthletek

Your custom orthotics evaluation includes a detailed biomechanical assessment — not just a quick scan.

We analyze:

• Foot structure and arch mechanics

• Walking and running patterns

• Alignment of knees, hips, and spine

If orthotics are appropriate, precise measurements or impressions are taken. At your fitting appointment, we ensure proper comfort, alignment, and integration into your daily activities.

Physical Therapy

Your physical therapy session begins with a detailed conversation about your pain, goals, and movement history. We perform a comprehensive assessment of posture, strength, mobility, and gait to identify the root cause of symptoms.

Treatment may include:

• Hands-on manual therapy

• Joint and soft tissue mobilization

• Corrective and strengthening exercises

• Movement retraining

Sessions are active and collaborative. You’ll leave with clear guidance and a progressive plan designed to reduce pain and restore confident movement.

Acupuncture

Your acupuncture appointment starts with a brief health review to understand both physical symptoms and overall wellness.

Very thin, sterile needles are placed at specific points based on your condition. Most patients rest comfortably for 15–30 minutes and experience deep relaxation.

Acupuncture sessions are designed to:

• Reduce pain and inflammation

• Regulate the nervous system

• Improve circulation and recovery

Many patients feel calm and lighter immediately afterward.

Cranialsacral Therapy

Your craniosacral session begins with a conversation about your health concerns, goals, and what you’d like to get out of the session.

Treatment may include:

Gentle, light-touch contact at the head, sacrum, feet, or other areas
Subtle manual techniques that support the body’s natural rhythms
Guided awareness and quiet stillness to encourage relaxation

Sessions are quiet and restorative. Many people experience deep relaxation, a meditative state, or subtle sensations such as warmth or softening.

You’ll leave with a sense of ease and balance, along with guidance on what to notice in the days following your session as effects continue to unfold.
